Hotels, hospitals, IT parks, and residential townships requiring clean domestic & STP recycled water.
Industrial RO plants utilize high-pressure pumps to force feed water through semi-permeable thin-film composite (TFC) membranes. This process rejects up to 99.5% of dissolved salts, silica, heavy metals, and organic impurities.
RO pre-treatment requires Multi-Media Filtration (MMF), Activated Carbon Filter (ACF), Micron Cartridge Filters (5µm), anti-scalant chemical dosing, and dechlorination to prevent membrane fouling and oxidation.
Standard single-pass industrial RO systems achieve 65% to 75% permeate recovery. High-recovery systems with energy recovery devices (ERD) or multi-stage designs can achieve up to 80-85% recovery.
CIP is required when normalized permeate flow decreases by 10-15%, differential pressure increases by 15%, or salt passage increases by 10%. Regular CIP extends membrane operating life to 3-5 years.
A single-pass RO system filters water through one set of membranes. A double-pass RO feeds the permeate of the first pass into a second RO stage, producing ultra-pure water with conductivity <2 µS/cm for pharma and power plants.
Our senior environmental engineers will evaluate your raw water parameters, required flow rate, and site footprint to provide an accurate technical and commercial proposal.
