By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the website aquacaresolution.com (the "Site"), or by engaging Aqua Care Solution Pvt Ltd ("Company", "We", "Us") for water treatment plant design, equipment supply, spare parts, or annual maintenance contracts (AMC), you ("User", "Client") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must immediately discontinue site access and refrain from executing engineering service requests with Aqua Care Solution.

All content on this Site—including but not limited to CAD process flow diagrams, ETP/STP sizing calculations, machinery schematics, technical documentation, brand logos, product catalogs, trademarks, software code, and graphic designs—is the exclusive intellectual property of Aqua Care Solution Pvt Ltd and protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

When interacting with our digital portal and inquiry forms, you agree to comply with the following operational rules:

Specific terms applying to commercial proposals, turnkey contracts, and maintenance services:

• Quotations Validity: Official price quotes provided via email or PDF are valid for 30 calendar days from issue date unless explicitly extended in writing.
• Raw Water Parameter Dependability: Equipment sizing (RO membranes, clarification tanks, aeration blowers) is calculated based on client-provided raw water test reports. Deviations in actual influent parameters may require plant modification.
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC): AMC dispatch SLA response times are governed by individual client service agreements executed during plant commissioning.

While we strive for absolute accuracy, all website content and general catalog specifications are provided "as is" for informational purposes. Final plant performance warranties are explicitly defined in individual commercial contracts upon commissioning.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aqua Care Solution Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages—including industrial production downtime or indirect revenue loss—arising out of website access or improper plant operation contrary to operating manuals.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
