High-volume effluent treatment, color removal, and water recycling for dyeing and washing processes.
High-purity purified water (PW) generation complying with Pharmacopoeia standards.
Process water treatment, beverage blending water purification, and CIP rinse water recovery.
Ultra-pure demineralized boiler feed water to prevent scaling, pitting, and tube failure.
Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) integration, hazardous effluent reduction, and chemical recovery.
Hotels, hospitals, IT parks, and residential townships requiring clean domestic & STP recycled water.
Essential chemicals include coagulants (PAC, Alum), poly-electrolyte flocculants, RO anti-scalants, pH adjusters, membrane CIP cleaners, biocide/disinfectants, boiler oxygen scavengers, and cooling tower corrosion inhibitors.
Anti-scalants interfere with crystal growth of calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, and silica in RO concentrate, allowing higher recovery rates without mineral precipitation on membrane surfaces.
Cationic polymers bind negatively charged organic sludge particles in ETP/STP secondary clarifiers and decanters. Anionic polymers aggregate inorganic mineral slurries in raw water clarification.
Under-dosing leads to poor filtration, scaling, and non-compliant effluent. Over-dosing wastes expensive chemicals, increases sludge volume, and can cause chemical carryover into product water.
Non-oxidizing biocides prevent legionella and algae growth, while zinc/phosphate corrosion inhibitors form a protective microscopic film on heat exchanger tubes, extending cooling asset lifespan.
