Our systematic 4-step field execution process ensures zero downtime and maximum equipment longevity.
Senior field engineers inspect pumps, valves, instruments, membranes, and analyze raw feed vs treated water parameters.
Formulating customized chemical dosing regimes, CIP flushing cycles, and preventative maintenance schedules for your plant capacity.
Executing high-pressure CIP cleaning, media rebedding, pump overhaul, and sensor calibration using OEM spare parts.
Handing over verified effluent quality test reports, daily digital logbook software access, and 24/7 AMC hotline support.
We supply industrial-grade Aluminum Sulfate (Alum), Poly Aluminum Chloride (PAC), Hydrated Lime, Caustic Soda (NaOH), Hydrochloric Acid (HCl), Sodium Hypochlorite, Ferric Chloride, and Urea/DAP nutrients.
PAC (Poly Aluminum Chloride) is supplied in 25kg/50kg HDPE bags (powder form) or in bulk tanker loads (liquid form). Storage requires dry, covered warehouse spaces with corrosion-resistant dosing tanks.
Every chemical shipment is backed by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) detailing active purity percentage, specific gravity, heavy metal impurity limits, and compliance with IS/ISO manufacturing standards.
Aerobic bacteria require balanced nitrogen and phosphorus ratios (typically BOD:N:P = 100:5:1). Dosing Urea and DAP supplies essential nutrients for bacterial cell growth and stable BOD reduction.
Handling requires mandatory Safety Data Sheet (SDS) compliance, eye-wash stations, acid-resistant PPE (aprons, face shields, nitrile gloves), secondary containment dikes, and dedicated neutralization pits.
